I know I keep harping on about it but if offrecis outside the Met., working in areas where London Weighting (LW) is already paid to everyone but the police, were also paid LW, then this would go some way to address the problem. It would not solve it and I like the idea of having to pay for transferees. I really think its about time that LW was paid to everyone working in an area where it applies and not just the lucky ones.GD Star Ratingloading...
