You are so lucky to have enjoyed la Corse for your homyenoon! I went on a summer exchange to Rouen and got to vacation with my French family in Corse for a week! I was also in Balagne, don't know if you had the chance to hike up the mountains but there are some beautiful trails, some that date back to the Roman ages (!), with "torrents" to cool off in. There are old villages up in these mountainous parts where Corsicans live just like the olden times. I would also recommmend going boating! The water and coastline are beautiful, and you can make stops, like at St. Florent, for gelato. What a treat to have your homyenoon in Corsica! May you and your husband and enjoy a long and lasting marriage, which is hard work, but we all know about your work ethic Coco!
