Sutton's is a hostel and caters to young adult thru-hikers on the Appalachian Trail in the summer and skiers/riders on a budget during the winter. Rates vary and the place is no frills. Food places are in walking distance or just a short drive away. Just don't get rowdy. Frank lives there and will throw out anyone who is rowdy. If you head to Killington, the Killington-Pico Motor Lodge probably will let anyone in as long as they have a credit card. I've stayed there once and I get the idea that the owners neither care about the age or are just that aloof. Takes about 15-20 to reach Big-K from that hotel.
