Balisage : Orange (1ere partie) puis cairns.
Le départ du sentier se situe au hameau de Cartalavonu en face du gîte d’étape (même départ que le sentier Mare à Mare Sud en direction de CARBINI et LEVIE).
Suivre le balisage orange, le chemin s’élève rapidement au dessus du hameau à travers le chaos de blocs de granit. Il franchit un premier col, puis progresse de façon régulière jusqu’à Foce Alta (1171 m).
Quitter le Mare à Mare Sud qui continue plein nord. Poursuivre sur le plateau en prenant la direction nord, nord ouest, des cairns indiquent le chemin qui traverse une zone de bruyères et de pins.
Puis le sentier grimpe et débouche au pied de l’arête herbeuse qui descend du sommet.
Le terrain se dégage, et après avoir longé les pointes rocheuses on atteint sans difficulté le sommet (1314m). Vue panoramique vers la côte de Porto-Vecchio, vers le lac de l’Ospedale, le Massif de Bavella et l’Alta-Rocca ainsi que vers le Golfe du Valincu.
Retour par le même itinéraire.

The start of the walk is in the hamlet of Cartalavonu, opposite the gîte d?étape (same starting point for the Mare à Mare Sud footpath towards Carbini and Levie).
Following the orange markings, the path climbs quickly above the hamlet through a mass of granite blocks. After reaching the first pass it climbs steadily to the Foce Alta (1,171m).
Leave the Mare à Mare Sud path which continues directly north. Follow the plateau in a north-northwesterly direction, where cairns mark the path through an area of heather and pine trees.
The path then climbs once more, reaching the foot of the grassy crest which descends from the summit.
The landscape then opens out, with the path skirting rocky outcrops before reaching the summit (1,314m) after a climb that presents little difficulty. Enjoy panoramic views towards the coast around Porto-Vecchio, the Lac de l?Ospedale, the Massif de Bavella, Alta-Rocca, as well as the Golfe du Valincu.
Return via the same route.

Lasciare la Mare a Mare Sud che continua verso nord e proseguire sull?altopiano prendendo la direzione nord, nord ovest, alcuni cairns indicano la strada che attraversa una zona caratterizzata dalla presenza di erica e di pini.
Poi il sentiero si arrampica e finisce ai piedi del crinale erboso che scende dalla cima.
La strada si apre, e dopo avere costeggiato le punte rocciose raggiunge senza difficoltà la cima (1314m). Vista panoramica sulla costa di Porto-Vecchio, verso il lago dell'Ospedale, il Massiccio di Bavella, l'Alta-Rocca e verso il Golfo del Valincu.
