The commune of Zonza straddles the Barocagio-Marghese mountain chain, which extends south from the Massif de l'Incudine. The commune extends for 20km from west to east, from the village of Zonza to the Tyrrhenian sea, and for 12km from north to south, from the Col de Bavella to Monte Rossu.

Il comune di Zonza si trova a cavallo della catena montuosa di Barocagio-Marghese che si prolunga al sud con il massiccio dell'Incudine. Si estende su 20 chilometri da ovest ad est, dal villaggio di Zonza fino al mare Tirreno, e su 12 chilometri da nord a sud, dal colle di Bavella al Monte Rossu.
