"The FESTIMONTI mountain festival, which has been held since 2001, has become an important off-season event in Corsica, attracting over 4,000 participants.
As part of the festival, numerous outdoor activities take place at the end of September throughout the Gravona valley, departing from the commune of Bocognano (hikes, horse and cycle treks, abseiling, orienteering, climbing, canyoning, accrobranche trails, paragliding etc).
Activities are also organised for schoolchildren, associations and families, with the aim of promoting the island?s environmental riches and an industry which is enjoying major expansion.

Con più di 4000 partecipanti, il festival della montagna Corsa "FESTIMONTI" nato nel 2001, è diventato l'evento principale di fine stagione. Dalla fine di settembre viene proposto un programma ricco di attività nella valle di Gravona, a cominciare dal comune di Bocognano (randonnée a piedi, in bici, a cavallo; corsi d'iniziazione alla discesa, equitazione, corsa d'orientamento, scalate, canyoning, accrobranche o parapendio.) In programma anche numerose attività per bambini in età scolastica, per associazioni e famiglie per fare scoprire le ricchezze naturali di un territorio e di una regione in piena espansione.
