Entre Porto et Piana, la route étroite et tortueuse s'accroche en corniche à de superbes parois de granit rouge qui tombent à pic dans la mer... Voici les "Calanche" de Piana. Déchiquetées et burinées par l'érosion, elles donnent l'impression d'une sculpture fantastique. Pour apprécier la beauté de ce paysage, il est préférable de le découvrir à pieds par différents chemins qui le parcourent.

"Between Porto and Piana, the narrow winding road clings to the coast along superb cliffs of pink granite which plunge steeply down to the sea. Known as the ""Calanche de Piana"", these craggy creeks weathered by erosion look like fantastical forms of sculpture.
This beautiful scenery is best explored on foot along the many different footpaths that run through the area.
