Longe côte consists of walking in the water in a small group along the beach while practising physical exercises of varying intensity.

Enjoyable in all weathers, this healthy activity is accessible to everyone (aged 14 and over), with everyone able to measure their effort and adopt the pace they want.
Simple and obvious on the surface, the techniques used in Longe Côte are as numerous and subtle as the colours of the sky and sea.
This wellness sport allows you to take full advantage of the benefits of the sea while discovering Corsica's beaches from a new angle. The invigorating sensations it provides guarantee effective relaxation for your body. Just like a thalasso. The activity will recharge your batteries, both physically and mentally. You'll come out of the water enchanted, with just one desire: to go back!

This is the activity for you!

It's a team sport, with teams of three, four, five or nine people taking advantage of the suction effect. You can also go solo and prepare for challenges such as 100 metres, 1000 metres and the Longe Trail!
