Designed in an eco-responsible way, the cottage is classified as European eco-label and has equipment designed to be in total harmony with nature so as to benefit from it, while respecting it. The gîte operates in solar electricity autonomy, so reasonable use of electrical appliances is essential. There are no dishwashers or energy-consuming appliances here. The same is true for the treatment of wastewater and the treatment of waste: natural soaps, organic dishwashing liquid, homemade laundry detergent, composter and selective sorting bins. Everything is at your disposal for a return to basics and the adoption of an approach that respects the environment, a concept dear to the owners.
Renovated and tastefully furnished, this “tribe” cottage can accommodate up to 14 people. Ideal for a cousin or for couples with children, it has a living room of more than 50 m² with fireplace, a fully equipped professional kitchen and a dining area which will accommodate your festive or holiday meals. family. The sleeping area is atypical and is spread over two levels: on the ground floor 2 bedrooms overlooking the passageway and 1 bedroom overlooking the garden, all equipped with large bedding and a private bathroom/WC; and upstairs a spacious dormitory, ideal for children who can accommodate up to 8 people. To complete everything, a garden planted with citrus fruits and herbs and a large terrace with a view of the valley and the sea will allow you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. Chiatra di Verde is one of the oldest villages in Corsica. It is full of varied heritage that you will discover while strolling through the streets of the village, 3 Genoese towers from the 16th century, a baroque church from the 17th, a chapel from the 19th, as well as the ruins of the Romanesque church of San Nicolao. From here, the beaches of the eastern plain are less than 10 km away for unforgettable moments of relaxation: wild and uncrowded beaches even in high season, which is very pleasant.
