Controlled Designation of Origin CORSE FIGARI. Tucked away in the grounds, sheltered by the Tarabucetta bell tower, Corsica’s southernmost vineyard bears the remains of the first vines planted at the dawn of time. The climate there is so harsh that the vine seems to grow on the strength of the winemakers alone, to give bottles of wine of extreme finesse.
