The Zilia Water Exploitation Company (SODEZ) was created in 1995.
The water flows in the middle of dense and protected vegetation devoid of any homes or crops.
It is drawn at 100 m. depth by a submersible pump filling a tank which feeds the filler.
The water does not undergo any treatment.
Conditioning: how it works ...
- The bottle is made from a preform specific to each product since there are several bottle formats
- The bottles are directed to the filling machine supplied by the water storage tank
- At the end of the filling machine, the bottles go to labeling and laser marking (date and time of filling) for full traceability
- The bottles are then put in boxes or packs
- Finally, head for the palletiser: the packs or boxes are stored and then wrapped with an anti-UV stretching film in order to protect the water from possible attacks from the external environment
In addition to still water, there is a sparkling version of Eau de Zilia
