A creation to experience

It all began in the hills above Bastia, at the Palais des Gouverneurs, a place of influence that has both witnessed history and served as a catalyst for talent. Since 2015, the Creazione festival has been setting up its trunks and projectors here to display its fabrics, ideas, and figures. Here, there are no static displays; objects can be touched, handled, and worn. With fabrics to drape, ceramics to shape, screen prints to compose, and typographies to test, visitors become actors.

Designers with unique styles

Creazione values emerging young talent as much as established figures. The festival showcases many creators with unique and distinctive styles. Each draws inspiration from their surroundings, background, and personal experience to create original and innovative works. Here, Corsica is not simply described, it is shaped.

Food stands for all tastes

Creativity also finds its way onto the plate at the festival! Between workshops and meetings, take the time to enjoy a bite to eat in the hanging gardens or under the museum arcades.

Guests of whom the Creazione festival can be proud

For its 10th anniversary, Creazione is welcoming some exceptional guests.

Gaëlle Pietri, a model and committed author from the island, has been chosen as the patron of this edition. Alongside her, Michel Ferracci, patron of the festival, will act as a link between craftsmanship and contemporary creation.

Cinema will also be part of the festivities with the presence of Ghjuvanna Benedetti, guest of honor and Corsican actress with a unique career. All three embody a vision of artistic expression deeply rooted in Corsican culture.

The spirit of this unique place in Corsica

Creazione is also an atmosphere: open-air evenings, concerts in the museum courtyard, parades at dusk. Creators and visitors alike continue their discussions over a glass of wine or craft beer in a corner of the bastion steeped in the scent of olives. For 72 hours, the entire city becomes a showroom, a stage, a studio. Bastia fades away and gives way to what it inspires: a city like a village, where everyone meets, talks and shares.

True to its DNA, the event promises to be festive and immersive. Disco decor, video mapping, hologram welcome displays, and fashion shows under the gilded ceilings of the Palais des Gouverneurs will punctuate these three days. An anniversary edition marked by glamour, youth, and innovation.
