The Cap Corse - Capicorsu Tourist Office, in partnership with Cap Corse Randonnées, is offering an APERITIVE WALK to the tip of Cap Corse (semi-nocturnal).
Every Friday and Saturday from 6.15pm (1 hour 15 minutes before sunset) on Corsica's natural rooftop, enjoy the authentic experience of a gustatory & contemplative walk at sunset in the footsteps of the flavours of the Cape.
Along the way, you'll be served local specialities. At the start, goat's cheese with Cape citron jam, then further on, at sunset, in a rocky sheepfold facing the sea (above Centuri), you'll be served a cocktail based on the Cap Corsin aperitif, Capo Spritz (white or red Corsican Cap), accompanied by a tasting of traditional Cape olive oil (from the Ogliastru mill) with dried black olives.
The walk is not difficult and does not last very long.
It's a relaxing, contemplative and poetic walk (with an aperitif and no dinner).
