For any cancellation made more than 48 hours in advance, the Bastia Intercommunal Tourist Office undertakes to reimburse the customer in full. After this period, the customer will be charged 50% of the total amount paid. Refunds will be made within a maximum of 8 days. Cancellations must be made by e-mail to the following address: accueil@bastia-tourisme.corsica or by telephone on 04 95 54 20 49.
The Bastia Intercommunal Tourist Office may have to cancel this activity for reasons beyond its control (weather conditions, insufficient number of participants, etc.), in which case customers will be refunded in full. In this case, customers will be contacted by telephone.
