The Cure Déclic 2023 includes

• Three nutritional meetings with a dietician. Includes measurements of body fat at the beginning and end of the detox.
• A food programme adapted to your needs to keep after your detox, plus a follow-up dietary consultation by phone (Facetime or other) two weeks later.
• Three personalised coaching sessions in pairs (one indoor and two outdoor sessions depending on the weather).
• One to two group classes per day suitable to all levels (Yoga, muscle strengthening, circuit training (some of the classes may be held on the beach), coastal water walking, aquagym in the sea, hiking).
• Hike followed by a "Healthy" snack on the beach.
• Accommodation for 7 nights.
• A "Healthy" welcoming gift in your room.
• Herbal teas and infusions available all day from reception.
• Full board:
  • Healthy Breakfast (table service; personalised menu developed for you after your meeting with the dietician)

• 18:00 Relaxing at the pool or beach
• 20:30 Healthy Dinner
