The best activities to do with children during Spring in Corsica

The bright days are making a comeback and spring is finally coming out of its shell: it’s time for a family holiday. Specifically, for you and your kids, we’re delivering our top 10 family activities both for grownups and little ones. Wildlife parks, stroll around on horses, adventure parks, treasure hunts and various other animations are planned for your springs holiday.

Cupulatta – The tortoise sanctuary

 

A Cupulatta is mainly an association of breeding and protection of tortoises. But it’s also huge park to visit with the family to learn more about this curious little thing. More than 3000 tortoises of 170 different species are patiently waiting for you. They are terrestrial or marine and evolve in a favourable environment. Leopard or alligator tortoise, get to know some of the strangest specimen. And of course, don’t forget the one and only gigantic tortoise all the way from the Galapagos that can weigh up to hundreds of kilos! Head towards Corte at about 30 minutes from Ajaccio.

L’Isula di i sogni - educational farm

 

Located in Aregno en Balagne, a 3 hectares park with sea views and beautiful sunsets, it is an ideal place to discover the world of animals for kids and grownups!

The natural park of Olva

 

Located near Sartène, the natural park of Olva presents various botanical trails and houses donkeys, horses and other animals of the barnyard are free to roam to their liking. In the parc, there is a marked circuit of about one hour and a half which lets others dive into the discovery of the fauna and flora. The little ones can have their donkey certificate too!
