Festi Bocca: Bunifaziu (Bonifacio) launches its second edition of the gastronomy festival

From 25 to 26 April 2026, Bunifaziu (Bonifacio) will host the second edition of Festi Bocca in the Pisan district. This now unmissable event showcases Corsican products and brings together prestigious French chefs. Cooking demonstrations, speciality tastings and masterclasses will punctuate these two days dedicated to the pleasures of the table.

Exceptional chefs gathered in Corsica

To preside over this new edition, the festival has once again called upon Pierre Hermé, crowned World's Best Pastry Chef in 2016. Alongside him, the event is sponsored by the renowned three-star chef Emmanuel Renaut (Meilleur Ouvrier de France). Together, they have put together a prestigious line-up, celebrating all the gastronomy of the island and the Mediterranean.

The festival offers a sensory journey where chefs cook in front of the audience. Renowned talents and Michelin-starred chefs share their expertise, combining local influences and contemporary creativity. Sweet treats are also in the spotlight with the presence of big names in French pastry.

Gourmet spaces for a complete experience

In order to offer a complete immersion in the flavours of Corsica, the festival is organised around several distinct areas.

Da Cumprà is the large market for Corsican producers and artisans, where cheeses, charcuterie, oils, characterful wines and tableware will be on offer from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the festival.

The Da Manghjà area offers a varied range of catering options. Between food trucks, local speciality stalls and pop-up kitchens, visitors can sample the chefs' creations according to the festival programme.

The Da Campà area immerses visitors in captivating culinary demonstrations and battles, where local chefs and producers join forces or compete to showcase Corsican products in an electric atmosphere and before the eyes of the public.

Training courses and activities enrich the programme

In addition to areas dedicated to tastings and demonstrations, the festival also offers special learning opportunities.

Exclusive masterclasses (booking required) allow food enthusiasts to learn from renowned chefs in small groups.

In addition to the workshops, the festival offers a round table discussion to explore the culinary world and the links between different regions.

The day continues with music and concerts celebrating gastronomy in a festive and friendly atmosphere in the heart of the citadel.
