Join Maxence Finidori on a tour of his Nustrale breed Corsican pig farm, with a tasting of his PDO charcuterie and terrines, accompanied by red wine, Corsican cheese and good farmhouse bread. A hearty tasting experience. Situated on the heights of Figari in southern Corsica, you'll be able to enjoy some beautiful views. Don't forget to stroke the pigs, they love it!
Maxence introduces you to his Nustrale breed of Corsican pig.
Whether you're on your own, with your family or with friends, set off on a friendly 2? hour tour in a small group, in an all-terrain towed trailer fitted out (benches, hoops, tarpaulin) cart-style, for optimum comfort.
This way of touring allows you to take full advantage of the setting and share the experience as a group, in a friendly atmosphere.
The programme:
Immerse yourself in the heart of the farm: get up close to the pigs, stroke them and find out all about this local breed, its rearing and PDO charcuterie. Maxence will share his passion and know-how with you.
Stroll through the maquis: enjoy a panoramic view of the far south through the vines of Clos Finidori, his brother's estate.
Spuntinu" tasting: in the shade of the oak trees, savour Maxence's PDO charcuterie (sausage, coppa, lonzu, terrines, pâté de tête), accompanied by red wine, farmhouse cheese and farmhouse bread.
Practical information: Duration: 2h30
Bring: water in summer (June, July, August) and comfortable clothing with closed shoes.
