The Ortu d'a Machja farm, "the Garden of A Machja", is a genuine heritage handed down from generation to generation. Situated in the heart of nature, this family farm cultivates the land with passion, transforms its harvests and raises its animals in accordance with Corsican rural traditions.
Visitors to the farm will be able to discover sustainable agriculture, with a focus on seasonality and quality. The products from the farm are showcased directly in their restaurant, whose menu varies according to the harvest and breeding.
As pig and cattle farmers, the Ortu d'a Machja producers control the entire chain, from the farm to the plate. They make their own charcuterie and offer mature meats, prepared and served in their restaurant.
Let yourself be seduced by the richness of Corsica's charcuterie tradition: Figatellu, sausages, wood-grilled pork and veal ribs will introduce you to an ancestral know-how passed down with passion.
L'Ortu d'a Machja also boasts a generous orchard and an active apiary, where the bees produce exceptional honey. Every morning, visitors can sample the farm's homemade jams and PDO honey over a delicious local breakfast.
Today, the farm produces, with respect for the environment and the seasons :
