Villa Madrale is located five kilometers from the Paoline town of L'Ile-Rousse, slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the village, yet in the heart of Santa-Reparata-di-Balagna. This architect-designed house is set in 1,100 m² of wooded grounds, with panoramic views over the Reginu lake and the mountains of the Balagna hinterland.

With 140 m² of living space, it is fully air-conditioned and equipped with an intruder alarm. It has three private parking spaces inside the property, as well as a heated swimming pool (4x7 m) with whirlpool area.
