In the shade of the chestnut trees, you'll discover the island's livestock farming practices, breeds and products. There will be demonstrations of local know-how and tastings of authentic products (cooked meats, cheese, honey, biscuits, etc.).
You'll also be able to meet professionals from the livestock sector, with the participation of numerous agricultural organisations, workshops, conferences and, of course, livestock farmers.
But above all, come and watch the "cuncorsi nustrali", where you can see the finest specimens of Corsican breeds on parade: cows, horses, goats, ewes, pigs, donkeys...
