A new addition to Bonifacia's cultural scene, Festi Arte celebrates the arts in all their forms. The festival offers a unique encounter between Corsican and international artistic heritages, in an authentic and inspiring setting.
For its very first edition in 2025, the Festi Arte festival is giving a central place to music, around the theme "Musicà u Mondu". This sonic journey will feature artists from a wide range of backgrounds, from the island's heritage to international influences.
The programme brings together some exceptional talents. Cellist Lætitia Himo, artistic director of this first edition, will be sharing the stage with several local artists, including singer Jean-Charles Papi and singer and musician Elisa Tramoni.
The event will also feature a number of international artists: Italian singer Sara Rotunno accompanied by her pianist Francesco Shepi, Portuguese contemporary fado singer Carina Mateus with her musicians Duarte Nascimento and Paulo Martins on traditional Portuguese guitar, as well as Israeli singers Hila Ben David, accompanied by Yaniv Taichman and Shay Barak, and Hadar Atsmoni Meiry, a cross between folk, pop and poetic song, who will be accompanied on piano by Corsican musician Francis Rezoagli.
Finally, Franco-Ukrainian pianist Dimitri Naïditch will add a touch of sensitivity and elegance to this exceptional programme.
They will all be coming together in Bonifacio to offer the public a unique moment of cultural fusion, combining traditions, contemporary creations and artistic exchanges.
Festi Arte promises to be an unmissable event, celebrating the diversity of musical expression in an authentic and inspiring setting. A not-to-be-missed event for all lovers of art, music and cultural discovery, at the crossroads of Mediterranean traditions and creations!
