The Bastia Beer Club is organising the Beer Festival in Place Saint-Nicolas.

Bastia is set to enjoy three days of beer-themed discoveries and festivities.

Place Saint-Nicolas will be the setting for a new chapter in the Bastia Beer Festival, featuring an expanded range of beers.

This autumn’s edition will showcase craft beers.

Visitors will be able to sample beers from local breweries, as well as meet brewers from across France and Europe.

On the programme: open tastings to explore the flavours, as well as guided workshops to refine the palates of both enthusiasts and newcomers.

Workshops, competitions and a festive atmosphere

Among the event’s highlights, a beer-making workshop will offer a hands-on insight into the brewing process, whilst an amateur competition will encourage creativity: for this edition, the ‘Fruit Beers’ and ‘IPA’ categories take centre stage.

Saturday afternoons will be especially dedicated to homebrewers, with tastings of their creations.

As night falls, the square will come alive to the sound of live music, with rock and electric bands providing the soundtrack to drinks and conversation.
