For four days, Patrimonio will be growing, eating, sharing, learning, drinking, singing and dancing.
Corsica welcomes the Basque Country to get our hands dirty – in the soil, in the flour and in new ideas. From heirloom wheat to the first loaves of bread, from traditional seeds to time-honoured skills, from large communal meals to concerts, we’ll be discussing food self-sufficiency, passing on traditions and cooperation. And above all, we’ll be putting it into practice.
