Place Bir-Hakeim. It is here that there is a monument brought back by the Foreign legion in 1963 and commemorating the Battle of Saïda. Also known as the Place de l'Europe, it is the unavoidable crossroads for those visiting the town hall, the post office or wishing to enter the Haute-Ville.
