Presentation

In the heart of the Ortolo valley, Castellu di Baricci is a 15-hectare vineyard in Organic Agriculture that offers red, rosé and white wines in AOC Sartène. Reception from July to September from Wednesday to Saturday 9 am-1pm, Friday until 6 pm and the rest of the year by appointment. Appellation of Controlled Origin CORSE SARTENE. Here the vines seem to have been born at the same time as the hillsides. Sciaccarellu, Niellucciu, Barbarossa, Vermentinu, they are all there, the authentic Corsican grape varieties, to give remarkably full-bodied red wines. The white, green reflections magnify the fish of the Mediterranean. In the heart of the Ortolo Valley, our farm welcomes you to discover its products: organic wines in red, rosé and white.
