Nestling in the heart of the Bonifacian maquis, overlooking the Bay of Balistra, the Distillerie du Maquis is surrounded by wild vegetation.
The distillery was born of the passion of Olivier, who welcomes you to his farm to help you discover the flavours and aromas of Corsica.
As the seasons go by and he picks and picks, Olivier uses his traditional still to extract the very best from the organic fruit and wild berries of the Corsican maquis.
By working and picking by hand, he chooses the best fruit, which gives his liqueurs and eaux de vie their distinctive flavour.
