Presentation

The Courrèges family has been cultivating the granite-based soils of the Taravo Valley since 1961. Later, Gérard, Alain Courrèges’s son, took charge of the winemaking and demonstrated the full extent of his talent. The range is varied, with wines available in all three styles. This includes the estate’s own cuvées, which are fruity and approachable, and the ‘Granit’ cuvées – terroir selections and new single-vineyard wines, including the exceptional ‘174’. The richness of the range, together with the elegance and balance of the wines, place the estate amongst the select few in Corsican viticulture. Organic certification is currently underway and major works are planned in the winery.
