Presentation

Buzzo Bunifazziu, a 10-hectare vineyard planted on clay-limestone soils, is located on the limestone plateau of Bonifacio. As well as being able to buy red, white and rosé wines, you can also visit the cellar and find out more about the estate.
It is on these same plots of land that numerous wine presses carved into the limestone rock and dating back more than 800 years have been discovered. This proves that during the period when Bonifacio was a Genoese colony, vines were already being cultivated.
Today, Thierry and Vincent are subordinate to the terroir, allowing it to express itself in all its truth through phytotherapy methods, thus avoiding the use of oenological inputs.
Prices at the winery range from €13 to €21.
