Presentation
Traditional family restaurant. As well as charcuterie, cheese or leek fritters, herb tarts, lasagne, cannelloni with meat or brocciu accompanied by meat in sauce, bean and piglet ragout cooked over a wood fire, stuffed fish and vegetables, homemade desserts fiadone, pastizzu... etc. Delicacies cooked by Samantha, who has taken over the family restaurant. These traditional Corsican recipes are prepared using mainly local produce from small producers.
A warm atmosphere, typical decor and a beautiful garden.
Several evenings organised with songs and guitars.
