Push the gate of our garden to discover the Guinguette style Incantu style. We welcome you to the heart of Propriano, in front of the marina, on our flowery square of over 200 m².
From pizza, to charcuterie from Corsica and elsewhere, including aperitif boards, our fresh pasta or artisanal Italian ice creams ... Our food trucks and our cuisine offer you a unique journey through the Mediterranean.

The Incantu is a family story, a project led by Livia and Edouard Joly. Both trained by the Institut Paul Bocuse in Ecully and the Institut Vatel in Paris. Passionate about catering from a young age, they want, with this place, to discover their world, their taste for celebration, good things and the values of sharing.
