Romulas, Sicilian forget-me-nots and a large series of small Fabaceae
The "Tre Padule" are particularly rich temporary pools. The progress of the vegetation in this sector is closely linked to the level of water in the pools. There are several species of Romulas, Sicilian forget-me-not and a large number of small Fabaceae. Also of note is Silene laeta, an extremely rare plant on the continent. In the Maora area, make several stops along the Gulf of Sant-Amanza: you may come across Gynandriris sisyrinchium, Evax rotundata and Brimeura fastigiata, to name just the most original.
An unusual vegetable garden with aromatic herbs and edible flowers
The idea for their preparations was born in the minds of these two enthusiasts. Come and awaken your taste buds and noses with a unique tasting session: discover their flavoured oils, chutneys, dried pestos, herbal teas and dried edible flowers. Or simply enjoy a drink at the plant bar. Let yourself be carried away by a world of flavours and sensations you never knew existed.
Visit dazzling Bonifacio, like a fjord where luxurious yachts and sublime sailing ships nestle, home to a bustling navy of restaurants and cheerful bars, and at the top, in high heels strongly discouraged for climbing, a Citadel with steep, typical streets where the residences are dangerously balanced on the emptiness of the chalk cliffs.
Admire the sunset in Bonifacio
Head to the upper town to admire the sunset over the famous cliffs from our favourite spot.
