Patrimonio Vineyard
Patrimonio received Corsica's first appellation in 1968 and is undeniably the most renowned wine-producing region in Corsica, with recognition extending far beyond the island's borders.
Its vineyard, along with the Conca d'Oro and the Gulf of Saint Florent, recently obtained the ‘Grand Site de France’ label.
Corsica Wine Tours invites you to discover this renowned vineyard on a tour of Patrimonio. During this visit, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Saint-Florent and the Conca d'Oro while discovering the region's wines. You will taste its famous full-bodied reds and fruity, floral whites, as well as light rosés and surprising sweet wines.
Programme
Pick-up directly from your place of residence. On board, discover Corsican history and culture
On the way to the Patrimonio vineyards, we will stop at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the entire region. Here you will learn all about the local terroir, Corsican grape varieties and the appellation.
Enjoy three wine tastings at three wineries under the Patrimonio appellation. You will taste around 20 glasses of red, white and rosé wine and, of course, the famous Muscat (sweet wine).
You will have lunch in the small town of St Florent in a restaurant right on the marina. (Lunch is not included, allow £20-30 per person)
After lunch, you will have time to visit the town of St Florent, the ‘little St Tropez of Corsica’ with its shops, small square, citadel and typical streets.
Enjoy an afternoon break with local snacks right in the vineyards.
