Are you on a cruise in Bastia and want to make the most of your stopover?
This tour can be adapted to your time in port and offers a full day of sightseeing and wine tasting around Bastia.
You can explore Cap Corse and St Florent/Patrimonio in the same day, see the tourist sites and monuments, and taste the wines.
GETAWAY TOUR AROUND BASTIA
6/7 hours – 1 estate – 8 glasses of wine – Visit to Erbalunga – Visit to St Florent – Aperitif in the vineyards
PROGRAM:
Pick-up directly at the Bastia cruise terminal. On board, discover Corsican history and culture.
We head north to Cap Corse and visit the small village of Erbalunga with its little port, pretty “American houses” and famous Genoese tower.
On the way to the Patrimonio vineyards, we will stop at a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the entire region. Here you will learn all about the terroir, grape varieties, and Patrimonio appellation.
Enjoy a complimentary aperitif with local sparkling wine and non-alcoholic drinks accompanied by local snacks right in the middle of the vineyards.
You will have lunch in the small town of St. Florent in a restaurant right on the marina. (Lunch is not included, allow €20-30 per person).
You will have time to visit the town of St. Florent, the “little St. Tropez of Corsica,” with its shops, small square, citadel, and typical streets.
Enjoy a wine tasting at a famous winery in the Patrimonio appellation. You will taste around 8 glasses of red, white, rosé, and of course the famous Muscat (sweet wine).
Upon your return to Bastia, you will be dropped off directly at the cruise terminal.
