CORSICA AVENTURE
Balagne, also known as the "Garden of Corsica", is a seaside micro-region rich in natural treasures.
In this little paradise, you can enjoy a wide range of activities to discover the island in all its forms, as a couple, with friends or as a family. On the programme: sea kayaking, canyoning down the river, mountain biking, diving safaris and unmissable hikes. You'll stay in a hotel with a swimming pool throughout the week.

DAY 1 Algajola
You will arrive at your hotel in the early afternoon to settle in and drop off your luggage. Algajola is a small seaside town on a huge sandy beach between Ile Rousse and Calvi.

DAY 2 The villages of Balagne by bike
Meet your guide. After getting kitted out, you'll be transferred to the start of your tour. The route is all downhill, offering exceptional panoramic views of the coast and the discovery of a multitude of villages, including San Antonino, one of the most beautiful villages in France, and the village of Pigna.

DAY 3 Sea kayaking
Meeting with the instructor. After the first instructions, it's time to set off from the beach at Algajola. You'll paddle along the coast, passing the Varcale and Vallitone points and discovering the bays of Fornello and Capite. A gentle, safe outing to discover a wild, unspoilt coastline.

DAY 4 Walk to Calvi and the Revellata
You'll be heading for the great city of Calvi and its imposing citadel, which you'll be able to visit. We suggest a walk along the Revellata peninsula. This biodiversity hotspot, with its rocky habitats, is lined with intimate, wild beaches and coves.

DAY 5 Snorkelling Safari or snorkelling tour
You have an appointment with your instructor, who will guide you, advise you and ensure your safety as you explore the world of silence and the life that hides there in shallow water. You'll be provided with specially adapted equipment and teaching aids for an exceptional discovery experience.

DAY 6 Walk to the abandoned village of Occi
You'll have to make your way to the beautiful village of Lumio, the starting point for this marvellous walk in the hills that will take you to the abandoned village of Occi. The village, which overlooks the coast, has been abandoned by its inhabitants for over a century. After the walk, you can return to the coast at Punta Spano.

DAY 7 Canyoning and water trekking
A day devoted to discovering the canyon located in the Fango Valley Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO-listed site. A descent punctuated by jumps (not compulsory), swimming, walking and slides in natural pools and a heavenly setting. A well-deserved rest by the hotel swimming pool will round off this wonderful day.

Access
Île-Rousse or Bastia ferry terminal, Calvi or Bastia airport. Transfer during your stay: use your own vehicle.

Hotel** with swimming pool in a double room. The hotel is located by the sea in Algajola between Calvi and Ile Rousse. It has a swimming pool and direct access to a sandy and rocky beach.
Single room supplement to be requested when booking.

Number of participants
A minimum of 2 people is required to register. For safety reasons during the hikes, we cannot accept the registration of a single adult accompanied by one or more children (under 16) on this trip. Thank you for your understanding.

Level
Suitable for all, provided you do a bit of sport, can swim 25 metres and can put your head under water. Children aged 10 and over.

A qualified guide for cycling, canyoning, snorkelling, kayaking and self-guided tours. We provide you with a travel pack with IGN maps and a complete topographical guide produced by our team. During your stay, our 24-hour assistance service will also be able to answer any questions you may have and give you any advice you may need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
