Day 4: Bonifacio
Meet local producers and enjoy tastings
This day is dedicated to authentic encounters thanks to visits to unusual farms. In the morning, meet Vincent. He takes care of his vines using phytotherapy. He will show you around his estate, then invite you to taste his three different wines. You will head off for lunch in the setting of the herb garden, an unusual place run by Charlène and Marc. They grow edible flowers, fruit, and vegetables in their permaculture garden. After enjoying a lunch box from the hotel restaurant, you will visit their farm and discover the chutneys, mezzes, flavored oils, and other fabulous products that the couple creates in their laboratory. In the evening, a cultural musical surprise awaits you at the Saint Dominique Church in the citadel. Put on your evening attire and come and enjoy an unforgettable traditional experience.

Day 5: Bonifacio
Hike to the Madonetta lighthouse and visit to a producer
After breakfast, you will set off on a hike led by Antoine, a mid-mountain guide. Starting point: the Hermitage of the Trinity, then walk along the Strada Vecia trail where white stone walls and viewpoints alternate with prolific endemic vegetation. This excursion takes you to the superb Madonetta lighthouse. You will then meet up with Thibault, who has prepared a spuntinu (traditional snack) for you using produce from his farm. This organic farmer will then show you around his estate with its ancestral farm buildings. In the evening, you are free to have dinner, for example, at the marina or back at your hotel.

Unique visit to Lavezzu Island and discovery of its underwater world
The highlight of this trip is a day dedicated to Lavezzu Island. You will travel there by boat. In the morning, you will follow a guide trained by the Bouches de Bonifacio Nature Reserve on a nature walk to discover the island's biodiversity. At noon, a lunch box from the hotel restaurant will allow you to recharge your batteries before putting on your wetsuits for a snorkeling session accompanied by Jordi, your diving instructor. During this session, you will take part in an underwater waste collection, coached by committed professionals who have adopted the Responsible Diver Charter.
