The sea
Bonifacio overlooks the 80,000-hectare Bouches de Bonifacio Nature Reserve. Coming to Bonifacio means coming into contact with 37% of the Mediterranean's remarkable species. A large part of this area is dedicated to the Mediterranean Sea, a veritable playground of sensations. The professionals we have selected will share with you their passion for the sea and the basic principles of protecting it.

Day 1
Visit, tasting and cruise

At Figari airport, you hire a car and drive to your hotel. You have chosen your hotel from a list we provided when you made your reservation. You will then meet Pierre, Bonifacio's guide, who will show you the town through thick and thin. History, anecdotes, Pierre will take you on board and answer all your questions about the citadel's magical sites. A walk just for you.

Lunch and dinner are on your own, but you can opt for one of our partner restaurants. In the upper town or on the mythical port of Bonifacio.

In the afternoon, enter the Domaine Buzzo cellar and listen to the story of a family of passionate winegrowers who work the land biodynamically. This presentation is followed by a tasting session, allowing you to make a direct link between the place you are visiting and the product on offer.

Finally, to round off your first day, climb aboard one of the Corse Nautic Escape boats and take in the calm and beauty of the sunset. At the same time, take advantage of this unique moment to enjoy an aperitif dinner on board, concocted by the traditional grocer Roba Nostra. Delicatessen, wine, cheese - discover the flavours of our region.

Day 2
Diving and monuments

Fortunately, it's not possible to take the Mediterranean Sea private, but you can count on the Bonifacio Plongée team to show you places where you'll feel like you're all alone in the world. First dive or snorkelling, the choice is yours: the surface or the depths. Either way, you'll be treated to an incredible spectacle of colour and life.

In the afternoon, you have the key to Bonifacio's historic monuments all to yourself. The Escalier du Roy d'Aragon and the Bastion de l'Étendard are entirely reserved for you. On the Bastion side, you can enjoy the many views offered by the garden of landscapes; on the Escalier side, feel free to stroll along a walkway cut into the cliff just above the sea and climb the 189 steps at your own pace. There's no hurry, history is yours.

Day 3
Relaxation on the Marina
We suggest you devote this final morning to body treatments. The spa at the Hôtel Version Maquis citadelle is there to welcome you. Maud will pamper you with her expertise and Corsican skincare products.

We can't let you leave without making a last detour to the Marina for an aperitif in the Cellier, a wine cellar set in the heart of an ancient chapel carved into the cliffs.

As you fly over Corsica again on your way home, you think of those few exceptional days when the most typical, secret and original places opened up to you. You savour your good fortune. You promise yourself you'll do it again.
