Fit Studio's renowned Eva Winskill's Pilates retreat will give you well-being for body and mind.
Born in Sweden, she founded FIT STUDIO in Lyon in 1990 to raise public awareness of the importance of well-being for body and mind. Quickly called upon by fitness professionals to train their instructors, Eva travelled the world for 15 years to deliver her courses, but her passion remained the transmission of her knowledge to a daily clientele. In 2005, she decided to settle in Ramatuelle, where she offers private and group Pilates, Garuda and Fitness classes.
